Events - Machines and Tools

Two days of presentations, technical talks and friendly discussions with Festool and Danibrum

We arrived in Comănești on November 6, around noon. Schools Festool were on display in the warehouse Danibrumset up for demonstrations and to welcome visitors. Laurentius was preparing for a new demonstration which started shortly.

On November 1st we announced that Danibrum is preparing an event and we launch the invitation to come to Comănești on November 6 and 7. The event - Festool by Danibrum Open Day - announced demonstrations with Festool tools and presentations of machines from the Danibrum portfolio. We were there, so we can give you the inside impressions.

Laurențiu Șchiopu from Festool was the one who presented the Festool tool range. Although he mentioned a couple of times that he was new to the Company, he made no impression. What's more, he knows not only his own tools but also those of the competition very well. The frequent comparisons with similar tools from other companies - coming from the audience - were met with pertinent and very reliable answers from him. Mihai Vatavu, Director DanibrumHe was there all the time, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible.

There were two days of presentations, technical and friendly discussions

With Festool, Danibrum is adding to its range of tools and equipment on offer to customers. Although these hand tools appear to be aimed at a different market sector, in fact they complete the offer. Hand tools are very useful for craftsmen, small workshops and hobbyists, but they will always find their place in factories of all sizes. And Festool is a big name in hand tools. From simple drills and sanders to routers, workbench vacuum cleaners and even a mobile workshop, it's all available.

In those 2 days, Laurentiu made with the help of tools Festool He showed us how the exhaustion system works. He answered all the questions professionally and in a very understandable way and the demonstrations were really interesting.

For used machines sold by Danibrum, the term refurbished is more appropriate

The event was also an opportunity to see the machines in the portfolio Danibrum at home and to talk to the company's specialists. An interesting discussion I had with Ionuț Soroceanu, head of the technical department. In addition to the new machines it sells, Danibrum also offers second-hand machines. But these machines should be called refurbished, just like PCsbecause they are not what is meant by second-hand. Used machines are seriously upgraded before they are sold. New software is put on the existing structure, new displays are put on, important components are changed and performance is improved. That's why they have the courage to offer a warranty because they know exactly what they have put on them and are not afraid of hidden defects.

Impressive Ionuț's knowledge in the field. Now I understand why he was telling me Gabriel, from Cluj (customer Danibrum on the Start-Up program) that he is satisfied with the collaboration on technical issues and how he understands everything from him even just from a phone conversation.

Festool tools had a serious competitor in Festool cakes

It was a useful and interesting meeting and, as I said when I was inviting to the event, a very good moment for socializing, for strengthening the relationship with partners. A marketing tool with the help of which customers' trust in the brand and in the products will certainly increase.

The pleasant and friendly atmosphere was also supported by his cakes Simion Anstăsoaie of the Danibrum who, in addition to his technical skills, also has impressive baking skills. The cakes he made "sweetened" all of us, and those Festool macarons were well worth a visit to Comănești.

A meeting worth repeating.
