ICCI - The Kitchen Factory - wants to develop a network of distributors/dealers throughout the country. Companies that already own furniture sales premises or people with sales experience who want to start their own Kitchen Studio furniture sales business are targeted. Those interested will receive exclusivity in their locality from the manufacturer.
Kitchen Studio is a concept store for the sale of kitchen furniture. In this space, the customer experience and the services offered, i.e. advice, design, measurement and installation, are paramount.
What ICCI - The Kitchen Factory offers
ICCI - The Kitchen Factory aims to deliver kitchen furniture to as many of these stores as possible. Interested parties benefit from this know-how, from all the experience of ICCI - The Kitchen Factory in the production of kitchens and in the management of this type of collaboration. "We can offer to those who want to do this business all the know-how to sell. They don't have to manage the problems that are on the production side. In addition to the furniture in the dealer's shop, the samples of doors, countertops, handles, in addition to our help in setting up the shop, we provide the dealer with the kitchen design and offer software and sales training. The distributor's only task is to focus on sales and the customer's needs", said Ionel Grătianu, the company's General Manager.
The dealer is even given the freedom to sell the furniture under his own brand. In this way the dealer can invest in his own brand, positioning it very precisely in the market segment he wants, from entry level to high end.
ICCI - The Kitchen Factory products are made of components arranged in 10 price groups, from group 1, the economical ones, to group 10, for very demanding customers. "Both the production and the design of the furniture are specifically tailored to serve any type of customer or market. For example, the door or countertop samples that are sent to the distributor's showroom contain both the product code and the price group to which it belongs. There are 10 price groups covering everything from the less demanding to the very demanding customer. Using the software provided by us, the furniture can be customised in the showroom to suit the customer's wishes or budget. You can change parts of the furniture with different price classes and then, with a simple click, the customer can find out the difference in price for his furniture if he changes the doors or the finish for example", says Ionel Grătianu.
How the collaboration works
The dealer uses the software provided by ICCI - The Kitchen Factory to create the plans of the future kitchen furniture desired by the customer. He then sends the plans by email to ICCI - The Kitchen Factory, which produces and delivers to the dealer the component parts of the kitchen together with the necessary documentation for assembling the furniture. The dealer then assembles the customer's kitchen.
Through this kind of collaboration the distributor also benefits from the latest news and trends in the market. "Every spring we update the display, both on the countertops side and on the door fronts, handles and accessories side. For example, this year we have 4 new wooden door models, 2 new types of structured surfaces, new very interesting and trendy mirror materials, a mirror aluminium frame and new wood shades. Distributors thus benefit from the latest news and trends in kitchen decoration', said Ionel Grătianu.
