Expowood starts today

OpeningThe official Expowood Ateliere 2019 will take place today, 11 April, at 11.00 am.

On the first two days of the fair, Thursday and Friday, there will be a series of specialist conferences and workshops for professionals and entrepreneurs, organised in partnership with the Regional Wood Cluster Pro Wood and the Association for Regional Development Centru (ADR Centru). Experts from Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Hungary and Macedonia will participate. Their aim will be to establish a close link between technology providers, designers, manufacturers, professionals, engineers and entrepreneurs within the forest industry.

The organisers inform us that international experts are looking for partners from Romania through B2B meetings organised at the PRO WOOD cluster stand (H3) in the Dacia hall. Also, on Friday 12 April, a brokerage session will take place here in partnership with RDA Centru.

Free tickets to LIGNA

Luminița Constantin, the representative of Deutsche Messe in Romania, the organiser of the Ligna Fair in Hanover, will participate for the first time at EXPOWOOD. At the special stand set up in the Dacia Hall, visitors will have the opportunity to register as a participant to get free tickets to Ligna.

CollaborateFirsts

OAnother novelty this year is the collaboration with the Order of Architects of Brasov. Thus, during the EXPOWOOD fair, the projects of the Architecture 6.0 competition will be exhibited. Another first-time partnership is with the Association of Wood Carpentry Producers and Fitters.

13lucky April

Saturday, 13 April, at 12.00 noon, the draw for the EXPOWOOD raffle will take place, worth 600 euros. A set of canvases, a shelf and stickers are up for grabs.

The International Fair of Professional Equipment and Technologies EXPOWOOD takes place from 11 to 13 April at the Lux Divina Event Centre in Brasov.
