Twin Pusher Group 1.2
The Twin Pusher 1.2 is Biesse's patented Twin Pusher 1.2 consisting of two complementary pushers. Increased flexibility in the machining process and better production flow management are direct consequences of this technology.
- The auxiliary pusher is controlled and positioned by the main one. Includes two fixed gripping claws.
- The main pusher uses the dual lock system to create optimal stability.
- Note: For the simultaneous use of pushers, the minimum size of the marker is 187 mm.
Automatic blade adjustment
The automatic blade adjustment guarantees flawless cut quality and reduced cycle time by setting the correct amount of projection on the stack, adapted to the type of material being processed. The encoder allows automatic blade adjustment with an accuracy of 0 ÷ 10 mm.
Digital cutter blade adjustment
Digital adjustment of the engraver blade means reduced set-up times with maximum operator safety. Adjustments can be easily and accurately made from outside the machine enclosure, even with the blades in motion.
- The secondary blade adjusts horizontally and vertically from the control panel to be perfectly aligned with the main blade.
- Storage space is provided for main blades and secondary blades.
Automatic landmark measurement for manual cutting
Automatic landmark measurement on manual cuts simplifies the machining procedure. No data entry in the control panel. The photocell reads the dimensions of the part ready for manual cutting.
Making labels
Labels can be quickly created with the dedicated editing program and printed for individual items or stacks. They allow quick identification of the marked landmark and are easy to remove.
- The device uses a specialized graphic editor for label formatting with Windows fonts, barcodes and images.
- It is possible to choose a specific item to be labeled and print a dedicated label (e.g. for marking a part damaged during machining).
Pneumatic sheet release
The pneumatic release of the blades through the mechanical locking system minimizes the time spent changing the blades and creates an ergonomic, fast, safe way of working. The change of blades is done with SELCO's patented mechanical closing system. A single button operates the locking and unlocking of the tools (one for the main blade and another for the scoring blade).
Pressing bar
The one-piece press bar with clamping openings brings important advantages in production: perfect clamping of panels during cutting operations, regardless of their size; very good quality also for individual cutting of boards, and in the case of stacks, even for the last forming cut.
- The clamping force is manually adjustable using a device at the front of the car.
- The area where the presser comes into contact with the panel surface is covered with a rubber profile. This avoids damage to the panel and allows it to adapt to any undulations of these surfaces.
Panel loading/unloading tables
The panel loading/unloading tables with rounded profile and air cushion make the operator's work easier when moving panels and provide more safety while reducing the risk of material damage. The standard version includes a 2050 mm x 650 mm air cushion table with the possibility to extend to 1500 x 620 mm and 2050 x 620 mm.
