EG350 is an essential machine for sawmill operators looking to expand their business. Designed to consistently and accurately remove the rough edges of planks, the EG350 Circular Saw is built on the old model EG300 appreciated globally. The model boasts increased cutting capacity, machining prisms up to 100 mm thick and 550 mm widewith a maximum cutting width of 420 mm between the blades. This increased capacity allows for larger and thicker material to be processed, making it an indispensable addition to any planing saw.
Precision and flexibility in one machine
The EG350 features a optional laser alignment system with two lasers - one fixed and one adjustable - giving precise and consistent cuts. For operators who prefer manual alignment, a metric and imperial measuring scale is conveniently located above the feed slot.
The machine can be used either as a tivit circular, be like a saw multi-lamp. In circular hemming mode, two blades (one fixed and one movable) ensure precision cutting. Multi-blade mode allows up to five sails on a special sleeve, using spacers to customize the cutting width. The blades are easily interchangeable by accessing the shaft through the side cover.

On the exhaust side, a 200 mm diameter roll mounted on a spring-loaded swivel stand ensures even feed of thicker prisms. Adjustable protective cushioning raises the roller to process thicker materials, easing feeding and reducing operator effort.
The electric feed (2-20 m/min) maintains the optimal speed of the material entering the machine, depending on the wood species and cutting conditions.Â
Power and safety
The EG350 is powered by a reliable electric motor with 18.5 kW (25 hp) or 22 kW (30 hp). Control panel remote allows operators to position it conveniently. It features an emergency stop switch and user-friendly buttons for manual blade adjustment. The EG350 also includes the Setworks system for automatic width adjustment, making operation simple and efficient.
Maintenance and safety features
The machine is equipped with anti-rollback devices to protect operators from splinters or debris. They can be detached using the side levers. For maintenance, the top cover opens with a telescopic handle and is fitted with a electrical interlock which prevents accidental starting when the lid is open.
The sawdust collection box underneath the machine connects to the three-port inlet sawdust suction systems, keeping the workspace clean and efficient.
