Scm Group announces new board appointments and 900 million euro turnover

Italy's Scm Group, a global leader in materials processing technologies - including wood, aluminum, plastics, glass, stone and metal - recently announced the appointment of a new Board of Directors for the period 2025-2027 and the approval of its consolidated financial statements for 2024.

New leadership for the next three years

The shareholders' meeting appointed a management team with extensive industry experience. Enrico Aureli takes over as President, assisted by Andrea Aureli and Giovanni Gemmani as Vice-Presidents. Marco Mancini continues in the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), together with the members of the board Valentina Aureli, Luca Franceschini and Martino Gemmani. In gratitude for his contribution to the company's development, Adriano Aureli was named Honorary President.

Strong financial performance in difficult economic conditions

Figures presented for 2024 confirm the group's resilience in the face of global challenges. With revenues of €900 million at December 31, 2024, Scm Group has maintained its position of strength on the international market, despite the complex macroeconomic backdrop.

Strategic expansion through acquisitions

To strengthen its market position, Scm Group made two major acquisitions in 2024. The first concerns Tecno Logica, a company specializing in the development of state-of-the-art, fully integrated, high-productivity, high-technology solutions. The second acquisition is Mecal Machinery, leader in machines for processing aluminum profiles, which expands the range of services offered by the group.
