The new WinLine multi-centre<\/a> for the production of doors and windows was created to meet the stringent demands of the market: increasing the volume of orders accepted<\/strong>; maintaining high quality standards and the possibility to customize products; increased production speed<\/strong> for short delivery times.<\/p>\n

New: double line of collets and Z-axis repositioning of parts<\/span><\/h5>\n

1. For increased productivity: double line of grippers<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/strong> The work table can load up to 12 items - twice as many as standard.<\/p>\n

\"WinLine<\/p>\n

2. Possibility to reposition parts on the Z axis<\/span><\/strong><\/em> brings the benefit of a different support base with optimal grip even in special conditions.<\/p>\n

Working table<\/span> is designed for the production of doors and windows. One section is dedicated to linear processing and the second to the production of custom-made doors and windows (arches, cut-out doors, milling).<\/p>\n

EPS positioning system<\/span> for arches and other special operations can be equipped with Hyperclamps high-precision clamps or suction modules.
\nClemele Finger Clamps<\/span> ensures optimal fixation of any landmark, even small ones.\u00a0Pressure regulators<\/span> on the clamps control the gripping force of the various components as a preventative measure against scratching.<\/p>\n

Safe Locker Sensor<\/span> checks the workpiece clamping, optimizing the machining cycle and preventing the risk of hitting.<\/p>\n
