The mirror has never just been used to see if you look good when you leave the house or to touch up your make-up. In the past, large, imposing mirrors decorated castles and palaces, adding a touch of glitz and elegance. The Hall of Mirrors in Peles Castle<\/a> is a good example. Nowadays, designers and architects use it in home decoration to create a sense of space, personalize and beautify. Mirrors used for decorating and furnishing can help define the style of a space. A simple arrangement of mirrors on a wall tells us we're in a modern, youthful space, while a wide wooden frame paired with a heavy, aged-looking solid wood table tells us that the home's inhabitants love the rustic, simple look.<\/p>\n
