Doralnic, one of the most reputed log house builders in Romania, is developing an exclusive residential project in Coșna commune, Suceava county, Romania. Eco-friendly insulation with natural wool, Veka 82 joinery with laminated glass and Maco multi-matic fittings, and electrical installations with fire-retardant reinforced cable are just some of the elements that define the quality of the construction.
The roofs are ventilated and insulated with 200 mm basaltic wool, and the ventilated facades are clad with larch plank. Only products from the Adler range, recognized for their superior quality in the treatment and preservation of wood, have been used to protect the wood.

Each house benefits from a plot of between 2,500 and 3,000 square meters, offering privacy and ample space for landscaping. The first of the completed houses is spread over a usable area of 180 sqm and includes:
