SCM Group la DACH+HOLZ 2024

Good afternoon everybody, my name is Pietro Geller

I'm the director for products and markets for the Wood division of SEM Group

It's a great honor to be present today here at DAK Unholds 2024 in Stuttgart

We are present with a fairly large booth in this exhibition, which is strategically important

for our group. It is strategically important because we are investing in the segment of timber construction

We display in fact today two important innovations which we have presented recently within our group

One is the Oikos XS CNC machining center, dedicated of course to timber construction

That provides flexibility but also productivity to our customers. We are very proud of this lounge which supports the companies working in timber construction

On the other side, we are also putting a lot of effort on providing the right software

to our customers. Hence we are presenting today the Maestro beam and wall software, which again aims at

optimizing the interface between the enterprise and the machine to produce. On top of that, we display also through our digital communication and digital content

other innovations that we are presenting in this event, which are the Oikos XL Plus, which

enlarge the range for the CNC machining center dedicated to timber construction

We are also presenting here our sanding and calibrating machine dedicated to X-LAM, which

is called the DMC System XL. As you can see, a large range dedicated to timber construction

We are very proud of that. Not only we are proud of investing in this segment, but we are also proud to invest in

the Germany, Austria and Switzerland markets. We have a dedicated subsidiary in Nuremberg here close to the exhibition

So we are very committed to make this a great success for the SCM Group
