Holzmann KAM215EPS edgebanding machine

KAM215EPS is a canting machine for straight cut panels. It has dimensions 2500/700/1480 mm and an approximate weight of 700 kg. The dimensions are for the machine in working (not packed) state. It cuts panels with minimum dimensions of 120/80 mm and thicknesses between 10 and 50 mm. The adhesive is applied directly on the edge of the panel, its temperature can be adjusted electronically and displayed on the touchscreen monitor.

Wooden, PVC or melamine edges with a thickness between 0.4 and 3 mm can be glued. The edge is pressed with pressure rollers so that the contact between the panel core and the edge is perfect. The machine is equipped with precise cutting knives for both ends of the panel, the cleaning of the adhesive sticking out is done by ticking on the straight and the flush cutting of the edge with 2 cutters - one for the lower face and one for the lower face - making a 2 mm radius cut.
