New generation of Wood IQ CNCs at BIFE-SIM 2019

This year's BIFE-SIM will see the launch of the new generation of CNCs Wood IQ. At least that's what Dan Pruteanu, the firm's manager, promises. After 2018, when he targeted a Wood IQ CNC in every corner of the country, this year brings another challenge: a new generation of CNCs, technically and aesthetically improved. On September 12 they will launch the new generation, which incorporates a number of technical upgrades that will be unveiled at the show. Despite its short time in the woodworking machinery market, Wood IQ has managed to stand out especially for the affordable price of the CNCs produced, which has made it possible for medium and small companies to reach this type of high-performance technology.

It wanted to make it easier for all manufacturers to access CNC machines

This is the idea with which in 2017, after 14 years of experience in the wood industry, Dan Pruteanu launched Wood IQ. Without giving up or neglecting other types of woodworking machinery, he focused on CNC and finding an affordable option, but without compromising on the level of technology on offer. He seems to have found the recipe because in the 2 years he has been in business he has delivered and assembled over 60 CNCs all over the country.

Wood IQ's customers are companies in the woodworking and wood-based panels industry and beyond. In addition to those who produce solid wood doors, wooden furniture, chipboard or MDF, MDF furniture frontsWood IQ CNCs have also reached aluminum door manufacturers or aluminum door manufacturers, such as the Wood IQ CNCs for the production of wooden beams up to 400 mm thick, stairs or wooden houses. those who process Plexiglas and alusobond for advertising materials.

The main reasons why customers chose Wood IQ CNCs were the very good value for money, simplicity of operation, ease of handling and the contribution to reducing manufacturing costs. All this, plus very good customer relations and a team behind the Wood IQ brand that has continuously grown with dynamic and dedicated young people, has led to the realization of the desire to have a CNC in every corner of the country.

What Wood IQ aims to achieve with the new generation of CNCs

Now Wood IQ aims to take it to the next level. As a result of the notoriety they have gained in the professional router market, manufacturers are asking for more diverse solutions for their special production needs. Thus the idea of a new generation of Wood IQ CNCs was born. The second generation comes with a modern design, portal reinforced structure, double vacuum table and many other technical improvements that will be unveiled at the fair.

The new CNCs are defined by the 4Ps: Professional, Productive, Performant, Precise.

The company's strategy is to help manufacturers optimize their production. Improvements to CNCs allow manufacturers access to high-level technology with immediate positive results: increased productivity, improved quality of machining, reduced working time, solution to the problem of lack of manpower.
