The idea of having everything you need to make wood, chipboard and MDF furniture in one place, including the machining required for joints, is increasingly the way work is and will be done in the future. Outsourcing repetitive operations that reduce the time spent on design and sales is one method many carpenters and furniture companies are turning to. The opportunity has been spotted by contractors, and those who started by distributing large chipboard panels have diversified the range of products on offer and gradually added more services. One such company is Ludas Szabi from Miercurea Ciuc. With the machinery from Lohmeyer it has been able to offer more services to customers, and the business has been growing. On one of our trips to the center of the country we stopped in Miercurea Ciuc where we met Kover Szabolacs, with whom we discussed the business Ludas Szabi.

What is a furniture materials and services company

It's a furniture supermarket where you'll find everything you need to make mass-produced or unique furniture. There's plenty of chipboard and wood derivatives on offer to fit any project. The shop has hardware, adhesives, putties and everything else needed to turn component parts into furniture.

Danibrum, the Lohmeyer representative in Romania, provided all the necessary support for the purchase. And when he wanted to solve a problem with Lohmeyer, he did it immediately, free of charge and quickly, via WhatsApp or other means provided by the internet. Szabi told us how he solved such a problem in just 20 minutes during his lunch break.

The equipment purchased - Lohmeyer's packaged Lohmeyer circular former with additional table, Lohmeyer's state-of-the-art cant applicator and Danibrum's exhaustion system - allowed him to offer additional services, build a quality team and increase people's salaries to keep them happy.

The development due to the machines allowed it to reach its maximum development in the Harghita-Covasna-Mures area. It is now thinking of expanding into Brasov and adding additional services.
