Be Smart & Start - a package of tools for entrepreneurs designed and put together after many years of experience

In the long time they have been involved in the distribution of woodworking machinery and wood derivatives, Danibrum team members have met many entrepreneurs who wanted to produce furniture. With most of them they have remained friends, always being there for them when they needed advice or help. By being involved in the start up and development of these businesses they have a better understanding of what tools are needed at the beginning, where support is needed and how much their knowledge is needed by new entrepreneurs. This is what has gone into the formation of the Be Smart & Start.

The package contains the main machines you need to start furniture production. With Holzmann formatting circular you will cut the panels to the desired size. It comes with a massive aluminium table and extension, which allows you to format large pieces. The blade can be tilted between 0 and 45°, it has an independent motor for the inker and a robust cross ruler with two reversible limiters. The cutting width on the right side is up to 1150 mm.

Cut panels need edges. For this you get in the package Holzmann brand KAM 115 annealing machinewhich applies the adhesive on one side only and has a resting function to keep the adhesive temperature constant, thus preventing it from burning. The pressing unit allows the edgeband to be applied in different thicknesses. The working temperature has an LCD display which makes adjustment much easier.

With BBM35MAN manual drilling machine you'll be able to drill the holes for the hinges. The standard equipment of the machine allows you to drill holes for Blum type hinges, but you can also opt for Hettich type drilling, in which case the drill bit is changed. The milling diameter is 35 mm and the side drilling diameter is 2 mm.

The package is completed with a ABS 3880 dust and sawdust vacuum cleaner and the necessary tubing. The vacuum cleaner has a large capacity dust bag and can be used for a long time. It moves easily around the work area covering a large area. With its help the workshop can be kept clean and working conditions will be better.

Package Be Smart & Start is part of a series of projects that started a long time ago and often led to lasting friendships.
