SCM Group, a multinational company specializing in technologies for processing a wide range of materials, has recently announced the acquisition of Tecno Logica, a leading manufacturer of industrial systems.
According to the release, this strategic acquisition will enable SCM Group to expand its product and service offering with modular and scalable integrated systems for major manufacturers in the automotive, furniture and door industries.
Tecno Logica, headquartered in Treviso, Italy, is recognized for its productive and flexible systems, with more than 200 installations in Europe, the Middle East, Mexico and the USA. The company has a turnover of over 30 million euro.
Marco Mancini, CEO of SCM Group, underlined the importance of this acquisition: "This acquisition further strengthens our leading position in the aluminum, composites and wood machining sectors, where we are already present with our CMS and SCM brands. It opens up new opportunities in the high-end segment of the market, with the chance to anticipate new trends and innovate our offering in an even more strategic way."
