Falk Consulting at BIFE-SIM 2018: pump offers, Epistolio robots presentation

Falk Consulting is coming to this year's fair BIFE-SIM with surprises on two levels. One is on the economic side, with special offers on several guns and spray pumps from the Sames Kremlin range. The other concerns absolute novelties on the Romanian market. The growing shortage of manpower is making many contractors think about more technologized and computerized solutions. Wood finishing is no exception. This year Falk Consulting offers the Epistolio range of anthropomorphic robots to those interested in automated finishing of their products.

Special offers on pumps and guns from the Sames Kremlin range

While in other years the offers were on smaller products, this year Falk Consulting comes with important price cuts on spray pumps. One of them is Airmix pump EOS 15-C25, from Sames Kremlin.

Airmix spraying is a combination of low-pressure and high-pressure spraying. It is actually a compromise that combines the advantages of low pressure spraying with those of high pressure spraying. This method is most commonly used to obtain a very good quality coating when using materials with medium viscosities.

Airmix has been a registered trademark of Sames Kremlin since 1975. The concept has been extraordinarily successful, turning a common technology into a worldwide industry standard. Over time, Kremlin has also developed the second generation of Airmix guns - Gun Aircap Adaptation - which achieves jet adjustment without changing the nozzle, saving time and money.

The 15C25 Compact Airmix® pump is recommended for the application of medium to low viscosity materials. The surfaces coated by the pump are of very good quality and the material transfer efficiency is high. The pump is simple, constructed from a small number of parts so maintenance is easy and at minimum cost.

Anthropomorphic robots Epistle - first time on the Romanian market

Spraying with anthropomorphic robots is one of the most technologized and computerized methods of applying materials. In this case, the gun is mounted on the end of a robotic arm capable of reproducing the movement of the human hand and arm, its movements being on 6 axes. All the movements needed to perfectly coat an object are "translated" into software, and the robot can reproduce them identically whenever necessary.

Falk Consulting will present a MRK series anthropomorphic robot of Italian manufacturer Epistolio. It produces a very wide range of robots for woodworking applications. It offers solutions for finishing chairs, windows, doors, assembled furniture, profiled panels. They can be adapted for various gears for moving objects such as conveyor belts, conveyors or rotating carousels.

The MRK range is very suitable for finishing chairs, assembled furniture or other objects in 3 dimensions. The robots can be equipped with electrostatic spray guns, thus greatly reducing waste and noxes. They can also be equipped with systems for automatic color change, automatic cleaning of nozzles and guns or monitoring of spray parameters.

MRK robots are reliable, easy to use and can be customized for a variety of uses. They can be configured in many different variations with different arm lengths and can be programmed to hold a wide variety of shapes.
