EET invites you to BIFE-SIM 2018 to discover the Smart Workshop with CNC Nesting technology

East European Trade (EET) is at BIFE-SIM 2018 with a wide range of state-of-the-art machinery and technology. Nesting CNC technology and polyurethane adhesive edgebanding machines from Holz-Her, machines from the German manufacturer's range Martin, recognised for their robustness and stability, branded waste recovery systems Gross, all of which you will be able to see this year at the EET, where the company's specialists are waiting for you to discuss them at length. For small producers and DIY enthusiasts EET prepared live demonstrations with hand tools from well-known international manufacturers. State-of-the-art technology is present on the stand for all categories of visitors, from representatives of major manufacturers to DIY enthusiasts.

Industry 4.0 Next Level

Industry 4.o is represented by Smart Workshop. This is Nesting CNC technology from Holz-Her. Industry 4.0 promotes 'smart' factories, where computerised systems monitor technological processes and even make decisions - to a certain degree - based on data entered into the system. One such smart factory is the Smart Workshop.

The workshop includes an automatic plate storage with handling robot. With its help you can make your storage space very efficient. You will know at any time what the situation in the warehouse is, the existing stock, the plates scheduled to be processed and the leftovers from other processes.

The plate warehouse is interconnected with the Tectra Holz-Her package cutting circular saw, the edge banding machine and the CNC equipped with software NEXTEC state-of-the-art. NEXTEC is a new and complete solution for individual furniture. Using this software makes everything much simpler, furniture is made in just 3 steps:

• choosing the pattern from the digital library, changing the dimensions and optimizing the cutting with Better Nest software
• plate positioning and machining: forming, vertical drilling and feeding, plus all milling for the LAMELLO-P system
• application of the edge and joint elements for which the work has been done.

LAMELLO-P is an ingenious, robust and elegant Swiss jointing system that can be disassembled and reassembled.

In the stand EET you will be able to see the machines at work and it will be much easier to understand the whole system.

Edge banding machines

Polyurethane adhesives are very resistant, especially in high humidity conditions. However, they are not used by edgebanding machines, and thermoplastic adhesives are more commonly used. Bonding with thermoplastic adhesives is weaker in conditions of repeated or permanent moisture. And if high humidity is also accompanied by temperature (steam) it is even worse. Such conditions frequently exist in bathrooms and kitchens.

Although PUR polyurethane adhesives have been used for many years in European Community countries, thermoplastic adhesives are still preferred in our country. EET presents at the fair the Holz-Her branded edgebanding machine, the only machine manufacturer that offers the possibility to use PUR adhesive in the form of patches, granules and together with laser technology. The machine is the only one in the world with a gluing system Glujet and aggregate Ltronic for laser edges and you will be able to see it at the fair.

Martin range of woodworking machinery

German manufacturer Martin is renowned for the quality, robustness and durability of the machines it produces. It is a brand appreciated by connoisseurs, even the most demanding of them. EET will be present at the fair with cars representing this brand.

Martin machines are very stable thanks to the patented vibration-preventing special alloy chassis. They are simple and intuitive machines and very easy to work with. The purchase of such machines is a very good investment for workshops, as they are durable and resistant, true long-distance partners.

Gross machinery for waste processing

The processing of wood and wood-based panels generates waste that can be recovered. The most commonly used method of recovery is to convert it into an energy source by pelletisation and briquetting. EET proposes Gross automatic shredding and briquetting lines for the recovery and transformation of waste.

Gross machines can also be used to recover other materials, not just waste wood. Straw and other agricultural waste materials are processed into biomass.
