Winline 16 in 5-axis configuration - a new Biesse Multi-Control Centre for door and window production

Inside 2021is one of the largest Biesse events dedicated to technological innovation "embodied" by Winline 16, the numerically controlled multi-center for the production of doors and windows, with 5-axis electrospindle with 21.6 kW power. The new configuration contributes to work efficiency and increased production. Biesse has created a special event for furniture manufacturers who aim at business evolution with the support of Winline technology. Online demo took place on October 29, 2021 and was hosted by Luca Stenti, CNC Biesse Sales Director.

The machine easily produces standard and customized doors and windows while the operator handles other tasks. The equipment occupies a small footprint and handles the loading, unloading and positioning of parts autonomously and with high precision.

The work table is designed specifically for the production of doors and windows. One section is dedicated to machining line parts and the other to creating customized doors and windows (arches, cut-out doors, etc.).

New Winline 16 - efficiency in all processing operations

• Optimal clamping of workpieces for extremely precise operations; even the smallest workpiece is secured with a minimum of 2 clamps
