Winline 16 in 5-axis configuration - a new Biesse Multi-Control Centre for door and window production

Inside 2021, is one of the largest Biesse events, dedicated to technological innovation "embodied" by Winline 16, the CNC multi-centre for the production of doors and windows, with 5-axis electrospindle 21.6 kW power. The new configuration contributes to making work more efficient and increasing production. Biesse has created a special event for furniture manufacturers who aim to evolve their business with the support of Winline technology. Online demo took place on 29 October 2021 and was hosted by Luca Stenti, CNC Biesse Sales Director.

The machine easily produces standard and custom doors and windows while the operator handles other tasks. The equipment takes up little space and handles loading, unloading and positioning of parts autonomously, with extreme precision.

The workbench is specifically designed for the production of doors and windows. One section is dedicated to the processing of line parts and the other to the creation of customised doors and windows (arches, cut-out doors, etc.).

• Optimal clamping of parts for extremely precise operations; even the smallest part is secured with a minimum of 2 clamps
