New model of KDT 706 BHT edgebanding machine presented at Xylexpo 2024

KDT Machinery presented at Xylexpo 2024, in a stand of about 400 square meters, its new machine models. Among these, the new KDT 706 BHT KDT 706 BHT canting machine stood out.

David Zhang Weitao, from KDT Machinery's after-sales service team, gave details about the new model in a discussion with Radu Munteanu, Sales Director of KDT Romania. One of the main improvements brought by the 706 BHT is the working speed, which has increased from 18 meters per minute to 24 meters per minute, thanks to the belt drive system.

Also, the new model comes with four edgeband selection options that can be changed with a single click, making the edging process easier. The servo feeder and servo control units are other important features of the 706 BHT.

David Zhang Weitao also presented other machine components such as the cutting unit, corner milling with two motors, the servo-controlled scraping and polishing unit, and the feed unit.
