BIFE-SIM 2024, the recently concluded event at Romexpo in Romania, was a good fair for KDT, according to Radu Munteanu, the company's representative. In an exclusive interview with Revista din Lemn, Radu highlighted the particular success of this year's edition, emphasizing the increased interest of visitors and the substantial sales achieved.
"I want to thank everyone who visited our stand and tested our quality machines at fair prices," said Munteanu. He emphasized that many visitors not only tested the equipment, but also decided to invest in it during the fair itself.
One of the highlights of the KDT stand was a machine for applying cant on curved surfaces, equipped with mechanical feed and milling unit.
Radu Munteanu highlighted a significant increase in appreciation for KDT's cant applicators. "Our customers have convinced themselves of their reliability," he said, adding that almost all of the machines on display have been sold, even requiring additional orders to meet demand. Among the notable sales were five drilling centers and three circular form-formatting packaged centers.
KDT's success at BIFE-SIM 2024 reflects not only the quality of the products on offer, but also the growing confidence of wood industry professionals in the solutions provided by the company. Radu Munteanu concluded optimistically, announcing that the KDT team is already preparing for the next edition, promising "fresh forces and a more complete formula" for BIFE-SIM 2025.
For the Romanian wood processing industry, this success of KDT signals a positive trend in the adoption of advanced and efficient technologies, essential for increasing the sector's competitiveness at global level.
