Sortilemn has completed a new investment

Sortilemn Gherla has finalized a new project to improve operational and environmental performance in the finishing of curved plywood seating components by reducing the consumption of specific materials, we learn from gherlainfo.ro.

It's a CNC center and an automated spray varnishing line. "Three machines used to do as much before as one does now," general manager Marius Giurgiu said at a press conference at Sortilemn's headquarters on Monday, gherlainfo.ro added.

The project, "Greening the process flow for molded elements at Sortilemn - Green Industry Romania", is co-funded under the "Green Industry Innovation" program concluded with Innovation Norway as program operator, supported by funds from the Government of Norway through Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2009-2014.
