BMS500 - PROFESSIONAL RE-SPLICING MACHINE

The BMS500 web sharpening machine is designed to meet the requirements of high production bandsaws, where the webs are continuously sharpened. It has industrial-grade construction and automatic functions that allow you to focus less on sharpening the blades and more on making your time more efficient. The BMS500 sharpens blades from 25 mm to 75 mm wide and a tooth pitch from 12.7 mm to 28.6 mm. The BMS500 uses a 203 mm diameter industrial CBN wheel at 4250 RPM to sharpen blades.
BMT250 - SEMI-AUTOMATIC DOUBLE IRONING MACHINE

The BMT250 double and semi-automatic machine frames cloths on both sides with efficiency and high quality. The BMT250 is equipped with a mechanised feed system, which pushes the cloth continuously until all teeth are broken. The BMT250 can be adjusted to feed webs with a width of 25 mm - 75 mm and a tooth pitch of 13 mm - 32 mm. The BMT250 is controlled by a central control panel with an automatic tooth counter, which stops the machine when all teeth are completed.
