The BMS500 is designed to meet the demands of high production bandsaws where the blades are continuously sharpening. It has an industrial-grade construction and automated features that allow you to focus less on sharpening blades and more on making your time more efficient. The BMS500 sharpens blades from 25 mm to 75 mm in width and 12.7 mm to 28.6 mm tooth pitch. The BMS500 uses a 203 mm diameter, industrial CBN blade wheel at 4250 RPM to sharpen blades.

The BMT250 double and semi-automatic BMT250 planing machine plans both sides of the blades efficiently and to a high quality. The BMT250 is equipped with a mechanized feed system, which pushes the blades continuously until all teeth are gnawed. The BMT250 can be adjusted for blade width from 25 mm - 75 mm and tooth pitch from 13 mm - 32 mm. The BMT250 is controlled by a central control panel, equipped with an automatic tooth counter, which stops the machine when all teeth are completed.
