East European Trade (EET) is at BIFE-SIM 2018 with a wide range of state-of-the-art machinery and technology. Nesting CNC technology and polyurethane adhesive canting machines from Holz-Her, machines from the German manufacturer's range Martin, recognized for their robustness and stability, branded waste recovery systems Gross, all of which you will be able to see this year at the EETwhere the company's specialists are waiting to discuss them at length. For small producers and DIY enthusiasts EET has prepared live demonstrations with hand tools from well-known international manufacturers. Cutting-edge technology is on the stand for all categories of visitors, from representatives of major manufacturers to DIY enthusiasts.

Industry 4.0 Next Level

Industry 4.o is represented by Smart Workshop. This is Nesting CNC technology from Holz-Her. Industry 4.0 promotes "smart" factories, where computerized systems monitor technological processes, even taking decisions - to a certain degree - based on the data entered into the system. One such smart factory is the Smart Workshop.

The workshop includes an automatic plate warehouse with handling robot. With it you can achieve a very efficient storage space. You will know at any time what is the situation in the warehouse, the existing stock, the plates scheduled to be processed and the leftovers from other processing.

The plate magazine is interconnected with the Holz-Her Tectra Holz-Her package cutter, the canting machine and the CNC equipped with software NEXTEC state-of-the-art. NEXTEC is a new and complete solution for individual furniture. With this software everything becomes much simpler, furniture is realized in just 3 steps:

• choose the model from the digital library, modify the dimensions and optimize the cut with Better Nest software
• plate positioning and machining: shaping, vertical drilling and grooving, plus all milling for the LAMELLO-P system
• application of the edge and jointing elements for which the machining has been done.

LAMELLO-P is an ingenious, strong and elegant Swiss joining system that can be dismantled and reassembled.

In the stand EET You'll be able to see the machines at work, making the whole system easier to understand.

Canting machines

Polyurethane adhesives are very strong, especially in high humidity conditions. Canting machines do not use them, however, and thermoplastic adhesives are used more. Bonding with thermoplastic adhesives is weaker in conditions of repeated or permanent humidity. And if high humidity is also accompanied by temperature (steam) it is even worse. Such conditions frequently exist in bathrooms and kitchens.

Although PUR polyurethane adhesives have been used for many years in the European Community countries, thermoplastic adhesives are still preferred in our countries. EET presents the Holz-Her cant application machine at the fair, the only machine manufacturer to offer the possibility to use PUR adhesive in patroons, granules and in combination with laser technology. The machine is the only one in the world with an adhesive system Glujet and aggregate Ltronic for laser edging and you'll see it at the fair.

Martin range of woodworking machinery

German manufacturer Martin is recognized for the quality, robustness and durability of the machines it produces. It's a brand appreciated by connoisseurs, even the most demanding among them. EET will be at the fair with cars representing this brand.

The machines in the Martin range are very stable thanks to the special vibration-absorbing alloy, patented by the German manufacturer. They are simple and intuitive to use and very easy to work with. Gross waste processing equipment
