New: integration with ROS cell

Bremen Eko 2.2 has been designed to enable integration with robotic systems and take advantage of the benefits of automated, networked production.

The integration with the new Kuka automated cell with robotized Kuka system for panel management allows to increase productivity and reduce costs by:

  • possibility to work with twin stations, which load and unload parts during the machining process
  • reduced working time for the operator
  • making the operator's work easier
  • independent processing; the machine requires no supervision and can work without interruption (24/7)
ROS integrated with Brema Eko 2.2 - application and benefits

The robotic systems handle the panels in a time set by the operator to a high quality standard. This ensures versatility and efficiency and facilitates the operator's work.

The integration of ROS with Brema Eko 2.2 ensures a noticeable increase in productivity, predictability of the production process and loading and unloading operations, even in the context of an industrial production line.

Downtime is almost totally reduced and the risk of material damage through operator handling is zero.
