The new WinLine multi-centre for the production of doors and windows was created to meet the stringent demands of the market: increased volume of orders accepted; maintaining the high quality standard and the possibility to customize products; increasing production speed for the shortest possible delivery times.
New: double line of collets and repositioning of parts on the Z-axis
1. For increased productivity: double line of grippers. The worktable can load up to 12 items - twice as many as the standard version.
2. Possibility of repositioning parts on the Z-axis brings the benefit of a different support base with optimal grip even in special conditions.
Working table is designed for the production of doors and windows. One section is dedicated to linear processing and the second to the production of customised doors and windows (arches, doors with cut-outs, millings).
EPS positioning system for arches and other special operations can be equipped with Hyperclamps high precision clamps or suction modules.
Clemele Finger Clamps ensures optimal fixation of any landmark, even small ones.Pressure regulators on the clamps control the clamping force of the various components as a scratch prevention measure.
Safe Locker Sensor checks the workpiece grip, optimising the machining cycle and preventing the risk of bumping.
