New: integration with ROS cell

Bremen Eko 2.2 has been designed to allow integration with robotic systems and take advantage of the benefits of automated, interconnected production.

Integration with Kuka's new automated cell with robotic system for panel management allows to increase productivity and reduce costs by:

  • the possibility to work with twin stations, which load and unload parts during the machining process
  • reduced working time for the operator
  • making the operator's work easier
  • independent processing; the machine requires no supervision and can work without interruption (24/7)
ROS integrated with Brema Eko 2.2 - application and advantages

Robotic systems manipulate panels in a time pre-set by the operator to a high standard of quality. This ensures versatility and efficiency and makes the operator's job easier.

ROS integration with Brema Eko 2.2 ensures a notable increase in productivity, predictability of the production process and loading and unloading operations, even in the context of an industrial production line.

Downtime is almost completely reduced and the risk of material damage by operator handling is zero.
