2. Possibility to reposition parts on the Z axis brings the benefit of a different support base with optimal grip even in special conditions.

Working table is designed for the production of doors and windows. One section is dedicated to linear processing and the second to the production of custom-made doors and windows (arches, cut-out doors, milling).

More details about WinLine 16

The WinLine 16 multi-center with 5-axis configuration is the compact solution, designed to adapt to varied production environments. With its minimalist and ergonomic design, the equipment is equipped with the complete feature set and is the ideal solution for companies aiming for performance with minimal investment and ease of use.

Main features

  • The multi-center structure, specially designed for the production of doors and windows, is particularly stable. The beam and work table use special technology to support significant weights.
  • Advanced technology available to all manufacturers: the elements are positioned by the machine to ensure maximum precision and greater equipment efficiency. Designed to make the operator's job easier, the WinLine 16 can be efficiently managed without extensive operator knowledge or experience.

  • Production autonomy: from one hour to a full shift.
    • With the standard loading system, the WinLine 16 can autonomously process for 50/60 minutes or up to 280 parts per shift.
    • The machine's automatic magazine ensures long-lasting autonomy. The operator can load or unload a large number of components during operation via the access point. To increase productivity, the operator can load items before the end of the work program so that the WinLine can continue processing unattended.

  • WinLine can be integrated with multiple automated cells. Automated loading and unloading systems complemented by unattended equipment operation are the solutions that meet the needs of the market and create competitive advantage.
  • The double electrospindle allows operations to be carried out without interrupting the work cycle. Positioned on either side of the carriage, the two chucks process the material consecutively. While one is working, the other changes the tool.
