FREE SEMINAR Felder Gruppe Romania: European Funds for Woodworking Business 2021 - 25 August 2021

This fall, furniture producers can get non-reimbursable aid of up to 200,000 euros through a line of European funds proposed by the National Rural Development Program (PNDR) for the transitional period 2021-2022.

PNDR measure 6.4 aims to stimulate the business environment in rural areas, contributing to increasing the number of non-agricultural activities in rural areas, as well as to the development of existing non-agricultural activities; job creation, increasing the income of the rural population, reducing disparities between rural and urban areas, giving priority to production activities, tourism and leisure services, as well as health services.

Production areas, such as wood processing, are likely to score the highest under measure 6.4. Another advantage of the funding is that for these activities, the co-financing amount is only 10%, the support intensity is 90%. The PNDR 6.4 measure is also permissive at the level of eligible expenses, so they can include not only machinery for processing, but also services and other goods for the business.

Felder Gruppe Romania is preparing a free seminar dedicated to furniture manufacturers who want to develop a business using the 6.4 measure.
