WoodMatic, exclusive representative of KDT, participates in BIFE SIM 2022 under the motto 1TP5Quality and fair prices

The year 2022 is the first year that WoodMatic participates in BIFE SIM as the exclusive KDT representative. Consistent with the motto #utilajedecalidadelaprecostscorrectwill bring the Asian manufacturer's state-of-the-art equipment to the fair, offering access to high technology. What state-of-the-art machinery you will see at work on the WoodMatic stand  

At BIFE SIM 2022, WoodMatic will be present with complete manufacturing lines for panel furniture. The company wants to cover the market as well as possible, presenting solutions for all manufacturers, both small and very large. Company representatives are ready with information on interlinking and robotic solutions, flexible and intelligent manufacturing lines, plus complete factories where planning and computerisation are integrated with machinery and workforce.

On the stand you will find machines ready for live demonstrations and you can ask about standard equipment and upgrade possibilities or payment alternatives. You'll be able to see package and moving table circular saws, cant applicators, CNC drilling and milling machines at work.

KS-832C is the packaged formatting circular saw for precise cuts and maximum productivity. It is designed for processing chipboard, MDF, plywood or plastics. Equipped with software to optimise cuts, it eliminates material waste. The cutting unit detects the size of the package to be processed and eliminates downtime, thus streamlining production.

Circular with movable table KS-132 offers high-precision cutting solutions for medium and small manufacturers. The motor power is 5.5kW, it has a 1.1 kW independent scoring unit and a 430 mm wide movable table made of anodised aluminium with multi-chamber profile. The raising and lowering of the blade is electric, the tilting of the blade is manual and the display is digital.

KE-655JS and KE-665JSKA are the cant applicators that will be available for testing on the stand. KE-655JS is equipped with a pre-squeezing unit, a 3 kg adhesive tank, a 45° cutting unit on the ends, a unit for milling off excess film, a unit for scraping off milling marks from the film, 2 spraying units, one before the pre-squeezing unit (to prevent the adhesive from getting on the sides of the piece) and the other before the polishing brushes (for cleaning the piece), thus improving the life of the textile brushes. KE-665JSKA is the flagship of the KE-665 series of edgebanders. It has several additional features including adhesive preheating (premelter), infrared edge heating unit or corner rounding unit. Adhesive pre-heating and edge heating allow for quality gluing even at lower temperatures in the workshop.

The WoodMatic stand will also feature two CNC drilling machines. KD-612MHS is a drilling and milling CNC with three drilling groups, located at the top and bottom that can drill holes on all 6 sides, both countersunk and drilled. The milling unit can make straight or curved flutes. The KD-610HZ CNCalso make holes on the 6 sides. It is equipped with two ATC-controlled milling units and a 5-position tool magazine, and can do both simple straight grooving and profiled machining.

KN-3710D is a CNC nesting with full table. The machine to be presented on the stand is distinguished by high machining accuracy even at high speed, productivity, flexible use of milling and drilling, easy retrofitting with transport devices and very good price/quality ratio. The focus is on cutting, allowing high quality fast machining with suitable tools even at speeds of 25 m/min.
