WoodMatic, exclusive representative of KDT, participates in BIFE SIM 2022 under the motto 1TP5Quality and fair prices

2022 is WoodMatic's first year at BIFE SIM as the exclusive KDT representative. True to the motto #utilijedutilajedqualityqualitypricepriceright, will bring state-of-the-art equipment from the Asian manufacturer to the fair, offering access to high technology. What state-of-the-art machines you will see at work on the WoodMatic stand  

At BIFE SIM 2022, WoodMatic will be present with complete manufacturing lines for panel furniture. The company wants to cover the market as well as possible, presenting solutions for all manufacturers, both small and very large. Company representatives are prepared with information on interconnecting and robotizing solutions, flexible and intelligent manufacturing lines, plus complete factories where planning and computerization are integrated with machinery and workforce.

On the stand you will find machines ready for live demonstrations and you will be able to ask about standard features and upgrade possibilities or payment alternatives. You'll be able to see package and sliding table circular saws, canting machines, CNC drilling and milling machines at work.

KS-832C is the circular form-in-pack for precise cuts and maximum productivity. It is designed for processing chipboard, MDF, plywood or plastics. Equipped with cut optimization software to eliminate material waste. The cutting unit detects the size of the bundle to be processed and eliminates downtime, thus streamlining production.

Moving table circular KS-132 offers high-precision cutting solutions for medium and small manufacturers. The motor power is 5.5kW, it has 1.1 kW independent cutter and a 430 mm wide moving table made of anodized aluminum with multi-chamber profile. Blade raising and lowering is electric, blade tilting is manual and the display is digital.

KE-655JS and KE-665JSKA are the cant application machines that will be available to test on the stand. KE-655JS it is equipped with pre-milling unit, 3 kg glue tank, 45° trajectory end trimming unit, excess foil milling unit, foil scraping unit, 2 spraying units, one before the pre-milling unit (to avoid the glue to get on the workpiece faces) and the other before the polishing brushes (for cleaning the workpiece), thus improving the life of the textile brushes. KE-665JSKA is the top of the KE-665 series of edgebanders. It has several additional features such as adhesive preheating (premelter), infrared edge heating unit or corner rounding unit. Preheating of the adhesive and heating of the edges allow quality bonds to be obtained even when the temperature in the workshop is lower.

The WoodMatic stand will also feature two CNC drilling machines. KD-612MHS is a CNC drilling and milling CNC with three drilling groups, located at the top and bottom that can drill holes on all 6 sides, both recessed and through. The milling unit can make straight or curved grooves. The KD-610HZ CNC  also drills holes on 6 sides. Equipped with two milling units with ATC control and 5-position tool magazine, it can do both simple straight grooving and profile machining.

KN-3710D is a full table nesting CNC. The machine that will be presented on the stand is distinguished by high machining accuracy even at high speed, productivity, flexible use of milling and drilling, easy modernization with transport devices and very good value for money. The focus is on cutting, enabling fast, high-quality machining with suitable tools even at speeds of 25 m/min.
