The most inspiring pieces of furniture will be exhibited at BIFE-SIM 2022, 22-25 September

BIFE-SIM 2022 – International Furniture, Equipment and Accessories Fair - the event dedicated to the furniture industry in Romania and abroad - is taking place from September 22 to 25 at Romexpo.

The event is divided into thematic sectors: classic furniture, design, comfort, decoration, lighting fixtures, equipment and presents design elements with the styles, colors and materials of the year, as well as smart applications and solutions that ensure the comfort of a home. 103 renowned companies from Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Turkey, representative for the furniture, interior design, machinery and equipment industry, participate in the event with the most inspiring projects and a multitude of considerable discounts. This year's edition has an internationalization rate of 17%.

The fair promotes the sustainable side of the industry and the idea of eco home decor. Refurbished furniture pieces and decor elements that use recycled or eco-friendly materials are at the top of this year's top picks. Naturally-inspired pieces and extreme minimalism also dominate customer demand.

To bring representative companies from the furniture industry face to face with the authorities, Romanian Furniture Manufacturers Association organizes the conference HOW TO SAVE THE ROMANIAN FURNITURE AND WOOD PRODUCTS INDUSTRY. The event will take place on Thursday, 22 September 2022 - 10:00, at Virgil Madgearu Hall, 1st floor, Pavilion B3, Romexpo and will mark the 30th anniversary of Romanian Furniture Manufacturers Association.

During the event, ILBAH workshops is organizing a series of free, hands-on workshops. Interested visitors will learn how to make a floral arrangement for home decor, discover the basics of an architectural program and how to make a 3D rendering of a space they have designed. They will also be able to take part in dedicated workshops on the design rules for a kitchen or home office.

Moreover, at BIFE-SIM 2022, specialists from ILBAH workshops will also organize an interior design conference on "The art of living in harmony with your space. Vacation at home!", in which well-known architects will discuss current topics of interest to the sector, interior design trends and ways in which a home can be arranged, taking into account both the art of design and the functionality of the space. It will take place on September 24, starting at 10:00, in the Madgearu Hall in Pavilion B3 of the Romexpo. Registration can be done on www.ateliereleilbah.ro.
