A new laser engraving system and new packaging design for Wood-Mizer sails

Wood-Mizer has implemented a new system for marking saw bandsaw blades in its production process. As of 8 April 2019, all sawn sawn timber produced by Wood-Mizer Industries in Poland is marked using a new, modern industrial laser. Wood-Mizer sails are no longer marked by stamping.

Laser marking technology is faster and not only improves the Wood-Mizer web production process, but also allows the company's customers to more easily identify webs and their specifications. The blades are marked every 3 metres. The new marking system has been tested and does not affect the life of the cloth in any way.

The new cloth markings provide the following information:

1. manufacturer's name
2. such as
3. width and thickness
4. profile
5. serial number of the reel

BiMETAL and MaxFLEX.

In addition to the new web marking system, the packaging design has also been changed.
