WoodMatic is waiting for you on 23-26 September at BIFE-SIM 2021 with a wide range of machines and live demonstrations

In compliance with the sanitary regulations in force, BIFE SIM 2021 is forcing a return to normality with an edition that will take place in pavilion B2 and in the outdoor areas of Romexpo Bucharest. The fair will take place from September 23-26, will be a sale edition, and access for visitors will be free. The following have also announced their participation WoodMatic, distributor of WDMAX brand machines on the Romanian market. Essential equipment for furniture production will be exhibited in the 180 m² booth in pavilion B2. Interested visitors will be able to attend live demonstrations and, if the machine is what they want, they will be able to purchase it on the spot.

It also offers solutions to increase the productivity of small workshops and factories.

Moving table circular WDX-132PV. The most powerful model of the series, equipped with labeling and cut optimization. The Circular has an operator view control panel, intuitive interface and self-diagnostic function. The 3200×430 mm movable table is made of multi-layer aluminum profile guaranteeing high strength. The WDMAX circular saws are equipped with a roller sliding system and Leitz cutting disk.

Packet formatting circular WDX-832C cuts chipboard, MDF, plywood or plastic panels. The cutting unit moves with a servomotor on the rack and pinion system, the travel speed is 85m/min at a cutting speed of up to 100m/min. The unit senses pack size, eliminating downtime. The table is equipped with air cushions and the 8 clamping clamps are protected with rubber sleeves to avoid scratching the workpieces. The minimum cutting size is 34×35 mm and the maximum cutting size is 3100×3200 mm with a height of 90 mm. Optionally the machine can be equipped with Opti-cut, a software that optimizes cuts, labels items and diagnoses errors.

DN-612MHS is a high precision, efficient, safe and robust CNC drilling and milling machine. The range includes models differentiated by the size of the machined panels, number of drills or power. The milling unit performs straight and curved machining. The drilling units, located at the top and bottom of the machine, allow drilling on all 6 sides of the panels, with a maximum speed on the 3 axes of 130/75/30 m/min. Minimum drilling distance is 160 mm between vertical holes and 224 mm between horizontal holes. The clamps have an automatic system to determine the workpiece thickness. The worktable is equipped with an air cushion to prevent scratching of the workpieces.

DN-2710DE is a high-speed nesting table CNC milling and drilling machine with nesting table that processes chipboard, MDF, plywood, soft and hardwood, plastics and composites. It can be used in high-capacity workshops or factories where it can be integrated into automated manufacturing lines. It is controlled by a reliable, intuitive and precise Delta (Taiwan) system. In the basic configuration it has a high-performance exhaustion system that removes chips from the machining area, significantly increasing machining quality and tool life.
