WoodMatic is waiting for you on 23-26 September at BIFE-SIM 2021 with a wide range of machines and live demonstrations

In compliance with the health regulations in force, BIFE SIM 2021 is forcing a return to normality with an edition that will take place in pavilion B2 and in the outdoor areas of Romexpo Bucharest. The fair will take place from 23-26 September, it will be a sell-out edition, and visitors' access will be free. At this edition has announced its participation WoodMatic,distributor on the Romanian market of WDMAX brand machines. Essential equipment for furniture production will be exhibited in the 180 m² stand in pavilion B2. Interested visitors will be able to watch live demonstrations and, if the machine is what they want, they will be able to purchase it on the spot.

It also offers solutions to increase the productivity of workshops and small factories.

Below you will discover some of the machines you will be able to see on the WoodMatic stand at BIFE SIM 2021. The technical team on the stand will answer questions and do live demonstrations on the machines for those interested.

Circular with movable table WDX-132PV. The most powerful model in the series, equipped with labelling and cutting optimisation. The Circular has a control panel at the operator's sight, intuitive interface and self-diagnostic function. The 3200×430 mm movable table is made of multi-layer aluminium profile which guarantees high strength. The WDMAX circular knitting machines are equipped with Leitz roller table and cutting disc.

Formatting circular in package WDX-832Ccuts chipboard, MDF, plywood or plastic panels. The cutting unit is driven by a servomotor on the rack and pinion system, with a travel speed of 85m/min at a cutting speed of up to 100m/min. The unit detects package size, eliminating downtime. The table is equipped with air cushions and the 8 clamping clamps are protected with rubber sleeves to avoid scratching the parts. The minimum cutting size is 34×35 mm and the maximum is 3100×3200 mm with a height of 90 mm. Optionally the machine can be equipped with Opti-cut, software that optimises cuts, labels items and diagnoses errors.

WD-323 series machines apply the edgebanding to chipboard and MDF panels with a minimum size of 120×80 mm and thickness between 10 and 60 mm. WD-323 has five working groups: gluing and pressing, butt cutting, milling, chasing and polishing. It is equipped with pneumatic feed locking system, cab lighting and additional 600 mm table. The adhesive tank is Teflon coated, making cleaning very easy. WD-323JS has in addition two working groups: a pre-screening group to improve the quality of the watering and a surface splicing group.

DN-612MHS is a high-precision, efficient, safe and robust drilling and milling CNC. The range includes models differentiated by the size of the machined panels, number of drills or power. The milling unit does straight and curved machining. The drilling units, located at the top and bottom of the machine, allow drilling on all 6 sides of the panels, with a maximum speed on the 3 axes of 130/75/30 m/min. The minimum drilling distance is 160 mm between vertical holes and 224 mm between horizontal holes. The clamps have an automatic system for determining the thickness of the workpiece. The worktable is equipped with an air cushion to prevent scratching of the workpieces.

DN-2710DE is a high-speed nesting table CNC milling and drilling machine that processes chipboard, MDF, plywood, soft and hard solid wood, plastic and composite materials. It can be used in workshops or high capacity factories where it can be integrated into automatic manufacturing lines. It is controlled by a reliable, intuitive and accurate Delta (Taiwan) brand system. In its basic configuration it has a high-performance exhauster system that removes chips from the machining area, significantly increasing machining quality and tool life.
