After Bucharest, Brasov and Iasi, it is Cluj's turn to host the nZEB Roadshow. The event dedicated to energy-efficient buildings is organized by the pRO-nZEB Cluster in partnership with the team șoflete.ro and will take place between November 3 and 6 at the Multipurpose Hall - BT Arena. Entry is free and those interested in how to build correctly, efficiently and sustainably can receive free information and advice from leading specialists in the field of energy efficient construction and passive houses. Organizers tell us it will be the biggest nZEB event in Romania and we have every reason to believe them. Interest in energy efficiency in buildings is high, we saw this at nZEB Roadshow event in Iasi.
nZEB Roadshow event
The energy crisis didn't just happen last year. The problems of diminishing natural resources, fossil fuels and environmental protection have long been talked about worldwide. This has given rise to concerns about sustainable consumption, reducing energy losses and finding alternative sources. As the greatest consumption of fossil fuels and the highest emissions of pollutants come from the domestic sector, it has been concluded that buildings should be built in such a way that energy losses are as low as possible, if possible close to zero (nZEB - near zero energy building). As a result, there is a European directive requiring us to construct buildings whose conventional energy consumption for maintenance is close to zero.
The nZEB Roadshow is an event that aims to promote best practice in near-zero energy buildings, which is free to the public to make it easier for information to reach those interested.
The Cluj-Napoca edition, organized in partnership with the șoflete.ro team
The nZEB Roadshow event is organized in Romania by the Cluster for the Promotion of nearly zero energy buildings pRO-nZEB. Unlike the other editions, in Cluj-Napoca, the organization of the event also involved șoflete.ro, a team that has been working for three years to educate on energy efficient and sustainable construction.
