What you can do with a small scrap of wood

Coincidence or not ... it's coincidentally posted on Valentine's Day and shows what can be done with leftover wood left over from serious projects 😉

Once you've chosen your piece of wood, you make a few cuts, drill a few holes, add a rubber band to help the pieces stick together and start rounding the edges first with a grinder and then with sandpaper.

Sand continue sanding with finer-grained paper and continue sanding with even finer-grained paper, and sand by gradually changing the paper to finer-grained paper. Color the wood with a baiț or just protect it with a oil specially for wood or with a lake which gives it a nice touch, possibly punch one more hole to add a chain, turn the pieces in opposite directions and you have a heart to keep or give 🙂

The images I have chosen visually complete the whole process described above. It is not simple but quite laborious. But who wouldn't appreciate such a 'from the heart' gesture?
