MetaGO, a subscription for the security of your business

Metamob MetaGo

Metamob is launching a new exclusive service dedicated exclusively to factories that produce windows and that encounter various problems in the production process

MetaGo comes to the rescue of window manufacturers as a solution to the shortage of skilled ribbon-sharpening personnel, as it is becoming increasingly difficult to find and train workers in the field of ribbon production. This, as well as many other unforeseen situations such as the breakdown of sharpening machines or the lack of such machinery, often lead to the entire manufacturing process being stopped and very high losses on production lines or increased costs at the expense of increased productivity.
Thus, Metamob has created this solution so that beneficiaries can be 100% sure that their production activity never stops due to a lack of ribbon and so that they have fixed costs, without unpleasant and costly surprises regarding maintenance, repair or replacement of the sharpener, including tools, consumables, spare parts and human resources related to the service.

What is included in the MetaGo subscription?

This subscription is intended for those who want to carry out their debiting activity comfortably, without extra costs, now having at their disposal complete solutions consisting of ribbon webs in fixed number, either weekly or monthly - at the customer's choice, paying a fixed amount depending on the type of subscription contracted.
If opting for a MetaGo subscription, Metamob partners will benefit from a fixed number of saw blades (weekly or monthly) without having to buy them; the subscription will implicitly include maintenance and servicing for the blades at their disposal, consisting of checking and cleaning, welding cracks if necessary, tensioning and planing, sharpening and re-sharpening if necessary; two boxes for safe and optimal transportation of saw blades and round-trip transportation.
In order to establish a collaboration with Metamob, future subscribers must fill in a form found here here.
After filling in the form, within 24 hours a Metamob consultant will contact the applicant to clarify some technical details and to provide a customized offer tailored to his/her needs.

How do I know which subscription suits me?

In order to choose the most suitable subscription, Metamob has an efficient way to find out what its partners' needs are so that they can choose the most profitable option for their production line. This will discuss details of the general production working conditions, production capacity and expectations of Metamob partners.
Then, on the basis of the information provided to them, the test product will be realized, consisting of a set of sails to be sent for testing, including real time delivery. On the basis of these tests it will be seen whether Metamob's services meet customer expectations and what adjustments need to be made.
At the end of the tests, customers can choose the right subscription based on criteria such as the number of ribbon webs and the costs that Metamob subscriptions incur. Once the subscription is chosen, a cooperation contract will be signed and the partners will receive their first ribbon webs ready for use.
There is also flexibility in the subscriptions offered. In addition to the fact that each customer has the possibility to choose the subscription according to the size of their production line, unused sheets in one month can be carried over to the next month.
In addition, Metamob subscribers don't have to worry about unforeseen situations beyond their control, because if necessary, there will be the possibility to suspend their subscription for one month at no extra cost.
The MetaGo subscription is the perfect solution for partners who want to get away from the worries of sheet maintenance and simply want to focus on the production of their own window sills.
