Twin Pusher Group 1.2

The Twin Pusher 1.2 group is Biesse's patent which consists of two complementary pushers. Increased flexibility in processing and better workflow management are direct consequences of this technology.

  • The auxiliary pusher is controlled and positioned by the main pusher. Includes two fixed grippers.
  • The main pusher uses the 'dual lock' system to create optimal stability.
  • Note: For simultaneous use of pushers, the minimum size of the marker is 187 mm.

Automatic blade adjustment

Automatic blade adjustment guarantees flawless cutting quality and reduced cycle times by setting the correct stack projection value adapted to the type of material being processed. The encoder allows automatic blade adjustment with an accuracy of 0 ÷ 10 mm.

Digital blade adjustment of the incisor blade

The digital adjustment of the scoring blade results in reduced set-up times with maximum operator safety. Adjustments can be made easily and accurately from outside the machine housing, even with blades in motion.

  • The secondary blade adjusts horizontally and vertically from the control panel to be perfectly aligned with the main blade.
  • Storage space is provided for main blades and secondary blades.

Automatic landmark measurement for manual cuts

Automatic landmark measurement for manual cuts simplifies the processing procedure. No data entry into the control panel is required. The photocell reads the dimensions of the item ready for manual cutting.

Making labels

Labels can be quickly created with the dedicated editing software and printed for individual items or stacks. They allow quick identification of the marked landmark and are easy to remove.

  • The device uses a specialised graphic editor for label formatting, with Windows fonts, barcodes and images.
  • It is possible to choose a specific item to be labelled and print a dedicated label (e.g. for marking a part damaged during processing).

Pneumatic web release

The pneumatic release of the blades via the mechanical closing system minimises the time spent changing them and creates an ergonomic, fast, safe way of working. The cloths are changed with SELCO's patented mechanical closing system. A single button operates the locking and unlocking of the tools (one for the main blade and one for the scoring blade).

Pressing bar

The one-piece press bar with clamping openings brings important advantages in production: perfect clamping of panels during cutting operations, regardless of their size; very good quality also when cutting individual boards, and in the case of stacks, even for the final forming cut.

  • The pressing force is manually adjustable using a device on the front of the machine.
  • The area where the presser comes into contact with the panel surface is covered with a rubber profile. This avoids damage to the panels and allows them to adapt to any undulations of these surfaces.

Panel loading/unloading tables

The rounded profile panel loading/unloading tables with air cushion make the operator's job easier when moving panels and provide more safety, while reducing the risk of material damage. The standard version includes a 2050 mm x 650 mm air cushion table, with the possibility to expand to 1500 x 620 mm and 2050 x 620 mm.
