BIFE-SIM 2018, a show of shapes, trends and ideas!

At the close of another exceptional edition BIFE SIM, the fair manages to maintain its status as a leader of niche events organized in our country, but also to reflect the current trends in interior design, being, for those who cross its threshold, a real show of shapes, trends and ideas!

The products and services on offer, as well as related activities involving visitors, either at the stands or in the conference and seminar areas, contributed to the increased awareness of this year's BIFE SIM.

The added value of the fair, through the professionalism of all those involved in this project, contributed to a large public participation in the recently concluded edition. Thus, between 12 and 16 September, BIFE SIM welcomed more than 14,000 visitors, both specialists who have informed themselves and established business relationships with manufacturers, importers and distributors in the furniture industry, and the general public interested in "home & deco" trends.

BIFE-SIM 2018 meant a permanent dialogue between manufacturers, importers and distributors, an exhibition platform organised according to international standards, a space where for five days furniture pieces for any space, as well as technologies and equipment for the woodworking industry were presented and purchased.

BIFE-SIM 2018 was organised in six themed salons, each grouping furniture by certain styles or for certain spaces:

- Classic - classic solid wood furniture, made by adding elements that give the pieces an imposing elegance;

- Design - modern and versatile furniture, adapted to a trendy lifestyle and meeting the needs of small spaces where storage solutions make the difference;

- Comfort - pieces of furniture for the comfort of your home or office, sofas and armchairs;

- Kitchens - furniture in different styles: contemporary, modern, eclectic or rustic, with pieces designed to make kitchens versatile spaces, whatever their size;

- Decorations and light fittings - decorative objects, chandeliers and chandeliers to suit any space and budget;

- Equipment, Machinery, Tools, Raw Materials and Accessories the exhibition where specialist visitors had the opportunity to talk to manufacturers and importers and consult their offers, with the aim of developing business aimed at adding value to furniture production.

Throughout BIFE-SIM, practical demonstrations were held to inform those interested about the characteristics, technique and functionality of equipment and accessories for the furniture and furnishing industry.

BIFE-SIM 2018 was not only an event where quality, variety and ingenuity of furniture came together, but also the venue for many successful side events: Design Conference, with the theme Smart Industries for a Smart City, National Design Competition, numerous interior design workshopsas well as visitor raffle, with prizes offered by participating companies.
