Presentation of wooden houses

Log cabin or wooden caravan?

There is no doubt that every holiday brings us joy, relaxes our body and mind. Exploring new places, whether at home or abroad, consistently inspires and educates our aesthetic sense, displaying new ideas and perspectives. A small, cleverly designed space, a 'clean and airy' garden can be impeccable settings for a holiday to achieve its purpose. There are many places that make you want to revisit them, and for the more comfortable, they do. However, for those whose "adventure stinks Hooray!" the destination is always another.

While we find impeccably maintained comfort in luxury locations, lately another, more personal model of hospitality is taking hold. These are non-conformist accommodations, atypical dwellings, warm and welcoming.

To prove my point, I selected something very atypical. I don't guarantee you'll like it, but it's sure to surprise you. The detailing of the design elements related to each space is stunning. We're going to France, that's for sure, but what do we choose? A cottage or a wooden caravan?

Even though there's a flat-screen TV inside, it's not as appealing as this terrace. We stay outside for a while longer, and then we enter the kitchen, a kitchenette in fact, equipped with a hob, oven and fridge.

We move on to relaxation areas, sleeping ...

... which are delimited and eventually "closed" only by curtains.

The facilities are sufficient and the feeling is that nothing is missing.

The indoor pool can be used all year round.

We continue our journey on the Côte d'Azur ... in the middle of the forest ...

in a place that I can say is the inverse of the saying "outside the fence painted, inside the leopard" ...

and when we enter...

... the contrast with the outside further enhances the impression of original space.

The interior contains absolutely necessary "basic" parts, even if you feel like doing a little work, you have a special space reserved.

It sounds simplistic, but everything is beautifully put together and ...

... complete.

I know it's nice, but I found something else interesting - wooden caravans. They're full of charm being really great examples of how to furnish tiny spaces with everything you need.

There are such caravans/wagons for rent, and this is one of them. It is very well laid out and maintained, and if space is not a priority it can be an interesting option.

The interior is designed with great attention to every detail to make living as comfortable as possible.

Or a location on wheels can also be chosen, but in a different style ...

... more colorful.

The upholstered seat is the surprise element, and ...

... the "closet" is not for clothes, in this situation it hides a sink.

Too late for a re-planning?

  • In Romania there are also companies that build wooden caravans. A manufacturer of wooden houses in Harghita has in its portfolio several models of wooden caravans, made to order for customers in Switzerland and France. Some caravans are fully energy independent with their own photovoltaic system for electricity production and gas heater for winter, and can be used as a mobile holiday home all year round.
