Wood-Mizer is preparing to showcase its latest saw and woodworking machine models at LIGNA 2023 to many customers, including large and medium sawmill operators, small businesses, farmers, craftsmen and woodworking enthusiasts.

A saw model with an innovation the industry has never seen before will be present at LIGNA 2023

In open area FG (stand K44), Wood-Mizer will showcase the LX and LT saws in action and a full line of EG circulars, starting with the small EG100 and the popular EG300 circular/multi-blade. A new WIDE broadhead option for cutting large diameter logs will be demonstrated on the LT20 WIDE and LT15 WIDE saws, and Europe's most popular LT15 segmented bed saw model will be shown in a mobile version. Two LT15 saws will run at LIGNA, including a model with an innovation the industry has never seen before! The smaller Wood-Mizer LX50 saw, designed for homeowners and hobbyists, will be shown in two versions. In addition, there will be new machines for processing planks - the LX250 wide plank machine capable of cutting massive planks up to 138 cm wide and the MB200 SlabMizer which efficiently straightens planks up to 142 cm wide with minimal labour efforts. The renowned LT40 and LT70 saws in WIDE versions will also be on display at the Wood-Mizer stand.

The latest and most advanced Wood-Mizer solutions for industrial lines will be presented at LIGNA 2023

Responding to the needs of high-performance wood processors, Wood-Mizer will present two types of industrial wood processing lines. The first line is designed to process a large volume of lumber and is based on the well-known WB2000 sawmill model, using a 50-75 mm wide bandsaw blade. At LIGNA, the WB2000 saw will be equipped with a new state-of-the-art control station, log loading and material transport system, and at the end of the line, exhibited for the first time, the MR200 circular, a double-shaft multi-blade industrial machine with up to 12 circular saw blades on each shaft, capable of cutting timber up to 200 mm thick.

LIGNA 2023's second Wood-Mizer industrial processing line is designed to process logs into pallet boards and other types of lumber. The machines in that line are represented by the TVS HEAVY DUTY double vertical saw with a new control station, log loading deck, material sorting equipment, the HR700 horizontal industrial saw with two cutting heads and the powerful EG800 circular saw for processing planks.

In a separate area dedicated to industrial exhibitors (Hall 25, stand E06) Wood-Mizer will also showcase its newest and most advanced solution for the industry - the EA3000 Transverse Edger, part of Wood-Mizer Systems. It will be a great opportunity for visitors to learn more about the subject of custom designed saw lines.
