HOLZ-HANDWERK and FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2024 on the balance sheet

After a period of uncertainty, the HOLZ-HANDWERK and FENSTERBAU FRONTALE trade fair pair is back to its usual spring schedule. The event, held at the Nuremberg Exhibition Centre, attracted an impressive 75,000 visitors from 112 countries, bringing together 973 exhibitors from 44 countries. It was a networking space for discussions on current industry topics such as trends in window, door and facade construction, woodworking and the timber industry.

During the four days, participants had the opportunity to explore new products and technologies, make valuable contacts in the industry, and confront current challenges such as sustainability, protection against climate extremes or the shortage of skilled labour. Perhaps precisely because of this, the tense situation in the German construction industry, HOLZ-HANDWERK and FENSTERBAU FRONTALE attracted a significant number of visitors from the carpentry, timber, architecture and window and facade construction sectors from all over the world.

"We are very pleased that HOLZ-HANDWERK had such a great turnout despite the economic conditions in the construction industry and that we were again able to present all the operational requirements of the joinery industry, and thus the entire woodworking value chain," said Stefan Dittrich, Managing Director HOLZ-HANDWERK, NürnbergMesse.

FRONT FENSTERBAU - Innovation Centre

FENSTERBAU FRONTALE 2024 presented many innovations and highlights. The latest profile systems, glass in architecture, fixing technology, security systems and much more were presented by the 644 exhibitors. "FENSTERBAU FRONTALE has once again demonstrated its position as a world leader in the field of windows, doors and facades, being the central meeting point for visitors from all over the world looking for the latest themes and solutions to key industry challenges," said Elke Harreiß, Executive Director FENSTERBAU FRONTALE, NürnbergMesse.

Both fairs were complemented by a comprehensive support programme, offering many valuable ideas on topical industry issues. Extending the trade fair experience to digital via YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram channels underlines the organisers' commitment to staying connected with the community and providing information, trends and updates about the respective trade fairs.

RDL-WoodIndustry.News encourages such events. Their success underlines the importance of innovation and the exchange of ideas in the wood and construction industry, providing a vital platform for sustainable development and technological advancement in these fields.
