Tiny House Festival, producers and amateurs of mobile homes meet in Rasnov, 23-25 June

The first festival of tiny houses and mobile homes in Romania and Eastern Europe | Râșnov-Brașov, 23-25 June 2023

"We will have the largest diversity of mobile homes, tiny houses and modular homes in one place for three days. Exhibitors will have special offers on their exhibited homes during the festival at the guaranteed lowest price all year. Prices range from €6,000 for the smallest holiday home to €50,000 for larger, fully equipped houses. Our mission is to grow this niche in Romania, in a sector that is growing fast internationally, a market estimated at €5 billion annually," says Tudor Maxim, founder of Tiny House Festival and Pura Vida Huts, a producer of tiny houses.

The Tiny House Festival brings together manufacturers of modular, prefabricated and mobile homes from around the country to showcase innovative designs designed to inspire and support more people to embrace this lifestyle and travel. They will be joined by suppliers of building materials, underfloor heating, insulation and off-grid solutions. Designed as a platform for enthusiasts, the event also has a section for van conversions, food trucks, vintage cars and new and retro caravans for rent or sale.

During the three-day festival, visitors will be able to tour the houses on display, study the designs and learn about the design and construction process. They can also indulge in eco products and delicacies offered by food trucks or purchase handmade accessories made by local artisans. To get into the spirit of this lifestyle, the programme includes workshops and discussions on renewable energy, eco building and off-grid living for adults and children.

13:00 - 20:00. Presentation of tiny houses concepts and visit of exhibitors' stands

Day 2 - Saturday 24 June 2023

10:00 - 20:00. Specific activities at the participants' stands, workshops on off-grid living, renewable energy, dedicated to enthusiasts and workshops and activities for children in the common spaces of the festival.
