Csaba Matefy, director of Szolvegy, the company that owns the TISZABOND brand of adhesives, will be present at the Wooden Magazine stand at BIFE-SIM 2023 on Friday, starting at 12 noon, during the B2Bife event. The main areas of interest for distribution are in the south of the country
Szolvegy Vegypary SRL is a well-known name in the market with over 400 partners. Customers include large manufacturers of solid wood panels, furniture manufacturers, manufacturers of wooden houses, beehives and chippers. A large part of the products glued with TISZABOND adhesives are destined for export, with many IKEA manufacturers among the partners.
The main products in the Szolvegy Vegypary portfolio are adhesives. However, to help customers, the product list also includes other complementary or auxiliary products such as press release agents, paraffin to reduce wood cracking at the ends, putty and packaging products. All these products will also be sold by future distributors.
Szolvegy has already built a distribution network with partners in many parts of the country. In the south, however, they are less well represented and want to change this. They are interested in distribution in Bucharest, Buzau, Craiova, Constanta, Galati.
"Every day we are contacted by small producers who ask us if we have a distributor in their area or nearby. Unfortunately, we don't always manage to identify a partner to support them, especially in the southern part of the country. We are deficient in Dobrogea, southern Moldova, Muntenia, Oltenia, Banat. We also want to be close to producers in these areas, to offer them our products and our knowledge of wood and gluing." - Matefy Csaba, Director Szolvegy.
