Any kind of machine can be enrolled in the programme, regardless of brand, European or non-European. A 20 year old machine is also accepted for exchange, but only for Felder Gruppe machines. What to do

Participation is as simple as possible. You decide which machine or machines you want to change and which new machine you want to use in your workshop. Then you enter here on the event page, fill in your personal details, some information about the old machine you are giving away and the new one you want. Then submit the form by clicking on the dedicated button. Everything is done online.

Make sure you fill in your phone number and email address correctly because shortly after you submit the form, you will be contacted by the authorised Blitz Service technicians to make a technical assessment of your old machine. After that you will receive the offer. At this point you can choose how you will use it. You have two options. You can either put it down as an advance for a new machine or you can get the money for your old one.

The Buy-Back programme gives you the chance to make the most of old, out-of-warranty and less efficient machines. You can become more efficient by using your old machines to replace them with new, state-of-the-art machines at more affordable prices.

• You get a 3-year warranty through the G+ program for Felder and Format4 machines and 2 years for Hammer machines.
• You can change any machine, not just those in the Felder portfolio. Please note that machines from Europe cannot be older than 10 years, and no older than 5 years for non-EU machines. Felder machines are accepted up to 20 years old.
