Wood IQ, owner of the RUBIQ CNC brand, will be present with Generation 3 CNCs from 21 to 24 September at the BIFE-SIM trade fair in the Romexpo pavilion in Bucharest. With a track record of over 400 CNCs sold all over the country, RUBIQ CNC wants to surprise us at the fair with its new and modern design. Another novelty is the launch of the RUBIQ CNC customer platform. This will give customers quick access to video tutorials, documents and materials for the correct use of the machines, as well as centralised technical support.
RUBIQ CNC - Generation 3
RUBIQ CNC has been committed since its inception to invest in high performance technology to provide the market with precise and robust machines. The aim has been to offer solutions to manufacturers who can thus solve problems related to manpower shortages or efficiency and costs. The continuous improvement of the equipment has come as a natural response to the permanent contact with customers, which has also led to new ideas and directions.
Generation 2 was launched at the 2019 BIFE-SIM fair. The 4Ps - Professional, Productive, Performance, Precision - defined the new CNCs then. The new generation came with a modern design, reinforced structure portal, double vacuum table and many other technical improvements. The improvements to the CNCs gave manufacturers access to high-level technology with immediate results on increased productivity, quality machining and reduced working time.
Generation 3 will reveal a new vision to the public at BIFE-SIM 2023. It's a refresh, an update of the RUBIQ CNC router design. With this change, the company aims to breathe new life into the machines so that they are not only used, but also proudly displayed in customers' workshops and factories.
A new platform to be close to the customer for the entire machine use
The other novelty of the presence at the fair is the launch of the RUBIQ CNC customer platform. The company's specialists have focused intensively on this project over the past year in order to offer partners two important components:
- Part of video tutorials, documents and materials for the correct use of the machines. They want to be permanently close to the customer with useful information when they want to deepen their knowledge or change operators.
- Centralised support part including:
- live chat,
- vouchers for more complex situations,
- documents for troubleshooting errors,
- system for scheduling service interventions.
With the launch of this platform, the company's representatives want to be close to their customers throughout the entire period of use of the equipment. The platform will be launched at the fair, and interested parties can find out more details directly from the source.
"The woodworking industry has undergone a significant transformation in recent years. Primarily due to the popularization of CNC technology, but also due to the very affordable offer for this technology offered by RUBIQ CNC. Until 5-10 years ago, CNC technology was just a wish of many manufacturers because very high prices made it unprofitable for most workshops and factories. The introduction of Wood IQ CNCs, and then RUBIQ CNCs, has enabled over 400 entrepreneurs in Romania to completely transform their production workflow." - Dan Pruteanu, director Wood IQ.
